Altare provides the following core services:

• Server Hosting: Free, 24/7 hosting for game servers and applications.
• Arc: Our proprietary large language model designed for various computational tasks.
• Arc Code: An agentic AI coding assistant accessible via the Command Line Interface (CLI).

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Hosting malicious content, malware, or illegal material.
• Attempting to bypass service limits or restrictions.
• Using Arc or Arc Code to generate malicious code or content.
• Interfering with the integrity or performance of the Altare platform.

4. Service Availability & Limitations

While we strive for "always-on" availability, Altare provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Altare platform, including the Arc model and Arc Code tool, are and will remain the exclusive property of Altare.
